Agreement and scope

These terms apply when you use kagurastore or place an order for game top-ups and other digital products. When you confirm an order, you agree to these terms and any policies linked from this page.

You must be legally allowed to make the purchase and provide accurate information to process your order. If you do not agree, do not pay.

Player information and orders

Double-check the game, region, pack, Player ID, Server ID, and price before paying. Account verification helps identify the player but does not replace your final review.

Digital products are delivered to the details you confirm. Once fulfillment has started, the order usually cannot be moved to a different account if you entered wrong information.

Price and payment

The system re-checks price and availability when your order is created. Pay using the method and amount shown for that order, and do not reuse expired payment requests.

A successful bank payment only means we received your funds—it does not mean the top-up or product has already been delivered.

Processing and delivery

Orders may show statuses such as received, paid, processing, delivered, failed, or others shown in the system. Only delivered or completed status confirms the product reached the game account.

Processing time can vary due to the game publisher, suppliers, maintenance, slow networks, or account restrictions. Keep your order reference so support can look up your order.

Cancellation, errors, and refund review

Digital orders are processed quickly and generally cannot be changed after fulfillment has started. Contact support immediately if order details were wrong, you paid twice, did not receive the product, or received something different from what you confirmed.

Cancellation or refund requests are reviewed based on order status, payment, and delivery. A review does not guarantee a refund. Do not place duplicate orders while a case is under review.

Accounts and reward points

You may checkout as a guest, but guest purchases do not earn reward points. Eligible rewards are credited according to the reward rules shown on the site after an order is successfully delivered.

Do not misuse promotions, rewards, payment requests, or account verification. We may restrict activity that appears fraudulent, automated, abusive, or harmful to the store and other customers.

Privacy, security, and changes

We use the account and order information needed to verify recipients, process purchases, show order status, and resolve issues. Never send game passwords, PINs, bank OTPs, or full financial details.

Product availability, third-party services, and these terms may change. Material updates will show a new last-updated date, without removing rights that law does not allow us to take away.

Check before you pay

By confirming your order, you agree that the information below is correct and that you accept these terms of purchase.

• Player ID, Server ID, and region belong to the recipient account you want topped up.
• The selected pack and game version are correct.
• The total price and payment method on the checkout page are acceptable.
• Payment confirmation and product delivery are two separate statuses.
